I was born and raised in South Africa, where my parents nurtured a deep sense of curiosity and encouraged me to explore how things work. Growing up in an entrepreneurial household, I was inspired by their innovative mindset, which shaped my approach to problem-solving and ability to think creatively. This early exposure sparked a passion for understanding systems, identifying challenges, and finding effective solutions.

After completing my education, I began my career in IT, quickly discovering a natural ability to transform complex systems and infrastructures. This journey ultimately led me to Dixon Mitchell, where I now lead our Systems and IT for the firm.

Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across various industries and environments, each offering unique challenges and learning experiences. My journey eventually led me to Dixon Mitchell, where I now have the privilege of heading up Systems and IT. In this role, I’m responsible for setting the technology vision and strategy, bringing innovation and operational efficiency to our infrastructure to ensure it is scalable, secure, and aligned with the company’s long-term goals.

When I’m not immersed in work, I find joy in hands-on projects like woodworking, 3D printing, and experimenting with electronics design. These hobbies are more than just pastimes—they reflect my ongoing curiosity and commitment to learning and innovation, both of which have been central themes in my personal and professional life.
