Position Summary

Our client service team resides within the front office of Dixon Mitchell Investment Counsel Inc. and is comprised of client-facing portfolio managers, associate portfolio managers and client service associates. We are looking for experienced client service associates to support our advisory team in providing our clients with excellent service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within the firm, responsible for providing exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting client-facing advisors to provide exemplary wealth management and stewardship services to our clients.
  • Managing account openings, client reviews, meeting scheduling and preparation of client meeting materials.
  • Preparation of Investment Portfolio review documentation.
  • Managing client requests and partnering with internal Dixon Mitchell teams to fulfill client requests.
  • Resolving client queries through personalized client service that is delivered efficiently and accurately.
  • Continuous engagement toward ongoing learning and development to improve your knowledge and abilities.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of relevant work experience
  • Post-Secondary Diploma or four-year degree from a recognized educational institution
  • Highly proficient in Office365
  • Interest and knowledge of the capital markets
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or willingness to obtain considered an asset
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
